Complete Streets Policy

Complete streets is a transportation policy and design approach that requires streets to be planned, designed, operated, and maintained to enable safe, convenient and comfortable travel and access for users of all ages and abilities regardless of their mode of transportation. 

School Travel Plan

A School Travel Plan (STP) is a requirement for funding requests through the ODOT SRTS program. It the written document that outlines a community’s intentions for enabling students to engage in active transportation (i.e. walking or bicycling) as they travel to and from school.
